• Learn about Piedmontese fresh pasta during a cooking lesson in which you will make traditional pasta while receiving advice from a chef. At the end of the lesson guests can take the pasta with them or cook it in the hall of the bistrot.
• Learn about the Langhe wines produced in this terroir by exploring the vineyards and taking part in a wine tasting including a Reva Barolo.
• During the autumn truffle season it is possible to join a hunter and his dog to search for the white truffle of Alba while enjoying a walk through nature surrounding the resort.
• Six e-bikes are available for exploring the area independently. Helmets, maps, and locks can be provided.
• Visits to local wine shops and tours to food-centered stops can also be arranged.
